I can't access the SELL an ITEM Page. Anyone Else Having this Problem?

There have been several different complaints today concerning multiple issues with selling.   People cannot access their tool bar,  their search bar,  they cannot message others and some are having problems listing.  Don't really know what the problem is other than Ebay might be tweaking some new features and they haven't worked the bugs out.  I would just wait a bit and try it again say in an hour or so.  Hang in there.

You could also start a new listing by going to one of your own listings and clicking on sell similar.

I’m able to go through the whole listing and upload process with no issues but after I complete the listing it just goes off into the abyss. It’s not live and it’s not in drafts. Unfortunately took me about 15 listings on my phone before I noticed.

It appears at least from my end that the "Category Menu" is messed up too.  In Chrome (PC) it times out yet on MS Explorer seems fine, thats odd.
