I can not log into MY E-BAY..anyone else?

Same issue on my pc. If it lets me in, it makes me re enter my password over and over. Can access ebay thru phone and it appears to be working from there

Although I am not having problem staying signed in to eBay, downdetector indicates that many users are currently having problems:

Are you using Comcast? Comcast seems to be having problems at the moment as well.

Any difference if you try using the eBay app?

Same here also. Tried to sign in without password... entered the security code they sent me... Back to the sign in loop
Tried to change password... entered the security code they sent me and then the new password... Back to the sign in loop

This is a widespread issue (I'm experiencing the same thing) & they're working on it. They've announced that it should be fixed by 7 - 8 P.M. tonight.
