Buying postage

Ebay will not let me update my PayPal payment for buying royal mail postage. I did cancel the automatic payment through PayPal due to me having another PayPal account I am wanting to use. I have waited nearly 48 hours but still no look on ebay allowing me to update payment.  Is this a glitch?

I don’t use Paypal to pay for postage. I use the funds I have in my eBay account for that. 
But when I did have PayPal eBay uses the one in your account to pay for postage I don’t think you can switch out PayPal accounts for that. 
If I’m incorrect maybe folks in eBay.co.uk can be of more assistance, since you’re currently on eBay.com USA.
