Off my seller’s hub, on all the order pages, the buyers user name s displaying like a crossword puzzle. One line for each letter. Longer usernames take up the entire room on my monitor. It is happening in all my stores on chrome, brave and safari. I have tried clearing cookies. I have called in 3 times over the last month. Life would be much easier if this could be resolved. Any ideas on fox the display would be appreciated. Nothing else anywhere else is displaying incorrectly. Cs states it is displaying correctly on their end. They have no ideas on anything to try that I hadn’t tried before my first call to them. Tia

THANK YOU! While your answer didn’t have the solution, it lead me to the solution. I have all my displays on the larger size text option. Until a few weeks ago everything displayed correctly, just larger. There must had been some update, I am guessing on eBay’s end because it is happening in all my web browsers and computers, that caused the buyer id to lose formatting when forced into a larger font.
Simply changing the text back to “medium” solved the problem. Unfortunately I can not read “medium” well enough to get my work done.

That's a new one on me. The interesting part is that you're seeing it on every browser. I have to ask the most obvious stuff first @joyful_dragonfly:
Are your browsers up-to-date?
Have you tried another device like a tablet or another computer to see if the issue replicates in a browser there?
Unfortunately, the orders page does not have columns with an adjustable width.
Have you tried zooming in and out to see if that changes things? On a Mac it's [Cmd and +] to zoom in, [Cmd and -] to zoom out.
Have you tried adjusting the width of your window back and forth from full screen to regular size?
Do you have a browser add-on that's present on all 3 browsers: Chrome, Brave and Safari? A lot of times add-ons will mess with function and display.

Thank you for sharing the solution with us @joyful_dragonfly. Can I ask if the larger font was a setting with your OS or if it was a setting within each browser?
Both Mac OS and individual browsers have that type of setting, so if one failed to be compatible with eBay, the other might work.

You are welcome @wastingtime101 ! I was hoping it could help someone else. I do have my larger font size set on both my Mac OS and Web Browsers. Changing it back specifically on Chrome and Brave is what solved the issue. I tried changing it on the Mac first without any noticeable improvements. It appears eBay is just not agreeing with the larger size text selection on multiple bowsers.
