Buyer sent me a message and the referenced order total is wrong

My buyer sent me an eBay message regarding an order she had just placed.  The message contained a reference photo of the order and the total is incorrect.  The first screenshot is from the message showing an incorrect order total and the second screenshot shows the correct order total from the order details page.

I can verify that when I go to message a seller or two that I've purchased from recently I too see the SELLER's net about, NOT what I paid the seller.

But something interested, it isn't all the time.  I've done a bit of shopping lately and out of my last 5 purchases I could see the net amount for the seller in 3 of them and not in the other two.  One of those suppliers was the Ebay shipping supply seller.  Theirs appears as the total amount I paid.
