I selected some items and goes to edit quantity of multiple VARIABLE listings. Theis all listings have the price, UPC filled correctly. But when I change the quantity of these items, other feilds (Price, UPC, Item Condition) data missing and error messeges comming as on the following image. This thing happen only for listings have variations.

01. How can I fix this issue.

02. Any other easy way to update quantities bulk (Nearly 200 listings)

Still this error comming.

Then I used file exchange to update quantities. It worked 🙂

Same issue here. I have tried to contact ebay regarding it and first person told me that ebay does not offer bulk quantity editing and that it was never something you could do as if i wasn't using it for past 8 years and it wast me who just used it 4 days ago to update quantities in any case after I start yelling he puting me on hold for 15 minutes he came back telling me that someone else is going to contact me within 24 hours. That did not happen !!! I called back and spoke to second technitian who blamed it on all possible things such as unanswered question, whether and any other possible things that can affect it and even though there is no solution to it she will let someone else know to research the problem and mainwhile she is willing to sit and update all my 327 listings one by one. I tried to mention that I have between 14 to 148 variations on each listing and if i have to update quantity of an item every week one by one I will most probably close my store as it is not something i am planing to waste my life on.

today is 3rd day since the issue appeared and stil no resolution i will atempt one more time in few days and if not perhaps close my store and move on improving my Amazon and Etsy Stores instead of wasting time here ...

I’m having this problem as well, I owned a store about a year ago and never had this problem, I’m hoping it gets solved soon.

Quick update: I still have not gotten it to work but I used file exchange (as OP did) and was able to update the quantities. It’s still a pain but much better than doing each one individually.

I'm still having this same issue, and today, I can't even edit the price or quantitiy individually. Bet ebay still gives a strike if you show in stock when an item sells you couldn't edit.

We're having issues here too. Lodged the issue over 2 weeks ago, had undertrained individual chat with me for over an hour who tried to blame it on me not having enough allowance to increase the amounts. After getting frustrated, I ended the 75min convo, started a new one, and the individual accepted there was an error and forwarded it to their tech guys. 1 week passes, no changes, so conteacted them again. apparently the issue is well known now, and case details being compiled from multiple users/complaints. Fast forward another week... still not working!

Asked for partial refund on store fees; no chance!
