Bulk Edit not working

Trying to bulk edit my items. 200 at a time. I want to change these fixed price listings from GTC to 30 day. They won't update and I get this message.

"This listing was not updated because it is a fixed price listing with a previous sale or a pending Best Offer."

Neither of these is true.

There are other ways the bulk edit isn't working well. This section really should be fixed up.

I can't even change these GTC to auction sales.

Whats worse, is they just removed the option to do 500 at a time. For a basic bulk edit for all of my 500 listings, I had to do 10-11 edits. now I have to do 25. Extremely stupid thing to get rid of, it makes bulk editing not feasable for those with large inventory.  It was to save bandwidth I was told.
