I am a high volume eBay buyer. I buy a few hundred items per month. I used add/edit note a lot and rely this heavily to mark which items I received and noted any order issues.
Lately, the ebay interface was updated but I found the adding/editing note is very buggy and inconvenient.
1) This is most annoying, you cannot type too fast, if you type fast, some letter will missing and even out of order. Very frustrating experience. I guess some spelling check script massed it up. Please fix it. Really bad user experience.
2) if you click outside of the text box instead of save button. your note WILL NOT BE SAVED though it appears the note was saved. Also, the save button was really small, so sometimes, you thought you click save, but you did not, and it is very hard to tell. Please always save the note even you click outside the text box, or make the save button bigger.
3) They used to have add note button under more actions. But now they put add not inside more actions. this is not a bug. But for users like me who added note a lot, it makes adding not less convenient.
I do not know how to make ebay developer aware of these issues. Do they check this board?
