It looks like you gave the seller a negative FEEDBACK - NOT a negative REVIEW of the product you purchased.
No one here can help with this to fix for you.
You should message the seller (if they haven't blocked you they should receive) to have them send you a feedback revision request so that you can fix the error. Although, since they responded to your feedback, I am not sure anything can be fixed now.
It really pays to pay attention when leaving feedback. Most sellers bust their butts everyday to keep happy customers. A feedback like this is sad when left so quickly that a mistake was made.
