Buffering is taking me 15 to 20 minutes to create and post the photos and details of an item. Why?

I have attempted posting items for sale in the early evenings, in the mid-morning, and I usually run out of time before I can finish because I am waiting and watching the blue circle spin. I am adding photos, or a photo edit, or a category change to items I am selling, and it is taking FOREVER. I only have 2 or 3 hours to post only about 25 things for a non-profit. I usually can only post 12 to 15 items in 3 hours because I am waiting through this buffering. It seems that ebay needs to increase their server capacity maybe?

Are there better times (other than the middle of the night) where there is less traffic and I can get these items up for sale?

Thank you!!

it's better to 'save as a draft' and go back to it rather than wait....
