Every time I am on a browser it would say you can find the item on Ebay and it wants me to sign in online. But when it says my item is on Ebay I want it to go directly to my Ebay app. It doesn't go to my app. It stays online wanting sign in information which I can barely remember what I had for breakfast this morning. Help please. How do change it?

What operating system are you using?

If you want eBay browser links to open in the eBay app, you can set that up.

For iOS, tap and hold an eBay link in your browser and you should see some options. Choose "always open in the eBay app".

For Android, go to your Settings manager of your device. Choose Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links and you should have similar options, including "always open in this app".
