Blocked List Contacts

I'd read that ebay changed it so that people on the Blocked Bidders List couldn't send sellers a message. An excellent change.

But it doesn't work. Still getting messages.

Did you check the box for do not allow blocked usets to contact?Also if you havehad  a transaction w a user they can still contact
