For the past few days when I have tried to create a listing the following message page pops up (global error):
Well, this is embarrassing.
We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.
Please try again later.

This has happened when I go to complete a draft, or when I attempt to start a new listing. It's a continuous loop of being blocked.
I don't owe Ebay any money, I don't owe anyone connected with Ebay any money, I am not blocked from anything else on Ebay.
I have been an active Ebay user since 1998 and have over 800 positive feedbacks (100%).
I don't know what the problem is but I'd like it to go away.
If this is happening to anyone then Ebay is losing money by keeping us from listing anything.
