Bids and Offers Page Is Blank

I currently have two offers from two different sellers but neither of them is displayed on the Bids and Offers page.  I've counteroffered for one of the items and that is also not being displayed, including the message I sent to the seller which is attached to the counter offer.   The offers do show at the top of the listing and I received an email confirming my counter offer.  I'm quite certain the Bids and Offers page has displayed a list of offers in the past. 

I've tried to find a place to contact eBay to submit a bug/issue/technical problem but I cannot find one.  Has anyone had a similar issue with their Bids and Offers page?  Does anyone know where I can submit a technical issue to eBay?

If you are using a desktop browser, do the offers appear on you Summary page?

I rarely make use of offers or have outstanding bids, so I am not entirely familiar with the Bid & Offers page and what it normally displays. But if you think something that should be displayed there is not showing up, you can use the "Tell us what you think" link in the upper right corner of the page to give eBay some page-specific feedback.
