BULK ReListing no longer works

Apparently, the bulk relisting option no longer works. I stopped listing items over Christmas and wanted to restart selling by relisting the items that did not sell. Now, I can no longer select MORE THAN one item at a time to relist?????? Have to relist each item individually????  It was fine before Christmas, now I get this??  And they won't tell me which "requirements" I am not meeting? 

• "Your eBay account does not meet the requirements to sell on eBay. Please review the requirements and update your account before listing on eBay.".

I’m having the same issue and called twice.  Still no response or answer???

This seems to be a wide spread problem. I have talked to eBay a few times and nothing has been done. Everyone I know with eBay sites that are not stores is having the same issue. Would be nice to have a fix before the beginning of the next month and listing period.

Can no longer do bulk relisting unless you have a store and pay a monthly fee?

I have  as store and am not able to use the bulk listing tool.
