BULK EDIT NOT WORKING

Bulk edit loads the list, but when I click on the pencil icon to open a single listings details, the page opens to a blank page.  I worked in Bulk until very late last night and it was working fine, so this is a new issueScreenshot 2025-03-26 at 3.47.15 pm.png

What browser? Latest version?

 

Any difference if you try another browser? Or if you use a private or incognito browser window? Or temporarily disable add-ons?

I attempted to duplicate but was unable. Have you done a reboot yet? Sometimes that fixes things like this.

safari, fully up to date on macbook.  i restarted my machine.  not using incognito browser.  do not use any add-ons.  I am not a computer expert, but I am an ebay expert 😂.  So, I don't know what the right word for this is, but the shadows on the blank page are pulsing like it's trying to load.  Not that it every does that because we run premium machines and pay for the best internet possible, etc., so it always loads immediately.

I know exactly what you're describing when you say "the shadows are pulsing" 😂

 

My test was run on Safari 18.3.1 on Mac OS 15.3.2 with 200 listings in bulk edit.

 

Have you tried another browser yet?

 

How many listings are you pulling into bulk edit? Does the problem replicate if you pull in a smaller number of listings?

BULK EDIT NOT WORKING

I did an 800ish bulk edit on Safari this morning that took a couple of attempts. First one gave me a blank list that looked like it was trying to load.

 

I've also got a 2000 item sale processing that is taking significantly longer than usual to start. Something is definitely up with bulk
