Automated Emails and Royal Mail Integration

anyone having issues with the automated emails when a buyer purchases and when an item is dispatched? 

Also the Royal Mail integration is slow to update and never sends back to ebay the item has been sent with tracking etc ?

I logged this issue with Ebay is September. Ebay Chat is a total waste of time as they are stuck in automated scripts that go nowhere other than to see you go away as quickly as they can ..

Any info assistance would be appreciated

This is the US board........... be better to post on the UK board, since it's a Royal Mail problem....
