Hello,
I try to contact eBay about a problem I have. I tell the automated assistant a short description of the problem and ask to speak to an agent. It then sends me a link that says "Send us an email". When I click on this link, an "Error Page" opens and says the following: "Our server is down, but we'll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages." I have been having this problem for about 3-4 days. Is everyone else having this problem or is it just me? Thanks for your help.
