Auto Accept / Auto Decline issue

Hi,
We've been using the same values in Auto Accept / Auto Decline for a long time.. Example;
Accept offers of at least: $1000.00
Decline offers lower than: $1000.00

As of overnite, We are now getting an error when revising listings directly thru the ebay listing saying
"It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
The price for accepting offers cannot be lower than or equal to the price for declining offers."

Does anyone know why ebay changed this, or is this a temporary issue, and is there someway to get a notification from ebay on this type of change in advance?

This just happened to my listing too. When I drop BIN price, I cannot see option to lower auto accept price, so I this error blocks my revision. 

Only work around for auto accept at lower price is to duplicate listing. 

Should be easy fix for eBay: show/hide auto accept in revise item page script.
