Authenticity Guarantee not showing up for listing that should have it

Authenticity guarantee is not showing on a listing I'm making. The item meets all the requirements. It's a Miu Miu handbag priced over $500.  I've tried every which way to make it show up and I can't figure it out.

Thank you for responding. I didn't list it bc I don't want to w/o it going thru authenticity guarantee. But, I tried for at least a few hours. I'm not unfamiliar with listing authenticity guarantee items because that's mostly what I list. Wondering if it's a glitch and I should just keep trying?

Maybe it's just not showing on the draft preview, but it will apply when the listing is live? How about jacking the price up a few hundred bucks, just to prevent it from selling without AG, and post it live to see if AG appears. If it works @jillsconsignment then you can lower the price.

I'm sure category is not the issue since bags are pretty much all you sell, but double-check the category and double-check the brand item specific to make sure you're selecting Miu Miu from the drop-down and that you don't accidentally have a typo or something.

Are you going exclusively by the draft preview? Did you attempt to publish the listing? If you're going exclusively by what's showing on the draft preview, I suggest publishing the listing to see what happens.

You were correct. I had to "list" it in order for the authenticity guarantee to show. Thank you!!
