I come across this listing and on the search page it shows starting price as $0.00, but on the listing page it is correct.

Not sure how that got through. You would get an error message if you typed in 0.00 and would need to correct it.

That happens when the bids on an auction are all canceled or retracted.

I first noticed it on auctions that had been ended early by the seller.
