App is messed up when trying to list

Won't let me list on the app, keeps redirecting me to use a web browser to use my policies, and it won't let me do anything else at that point, please fix asap, if it's not one thing it's another thing, this is a pretty big problem.  .

I've seen a few people talking about this, but when I checked on the app just now I had no problem applying my business policies on the app.

 

What OS version are you using?

What version of the eBay app are you using?

 

Temporarily you can use a browser on your device to complete your draft and assign business policies, or you can opt out of policies entirely if you don't want to use them.

 

Manage and edit policies, or click the opt out link on the upper right on this page.

To file a tech report on the app:

 

1. Shake to report. Physically shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
