With my sluggish internet I was just curious. I finally decide to list something, and I get the whirling green circle of doom when trying to upload pictures.

No it's not just you. I am having the same issues with photos right now.

Its appears to me that other parts of the site are having issues right now as well.

Not just you, I upload but the pictures are just grayed out with gallery error code 28. this has been an issue for months off and on for alot of people.
