Just hung up with UPS and since they went to there new web page look it has been over charging me on shipments. Had one where my customer paid $10.60 . UPS market place charged me $15.98 and retail on marketplace says is $17.20. I logged out of my UPS account and it then showed correct amount of $10.60. I am suppose to have a discounted rates with UPS, this is crazy.
Thought it was an Ebay issue as I never logged out of my UPS and put in zip codes to check till today.
