I have had this error code ( started last week ) keep coming up when I try and list items. Had a chat with ebay advisor earlier and was told they have had lots of complaints and the technical department was trying to fix it.
I don't have a problem with relisting items, except it will only let me list 3 at a time.
Anyone else having problems?

Are you listing on ebay.com or ebay.co.uk?
You are currently on the US ebay.com site and posting on the US community discussion boards.
I have seen other posts about users having problems listing; many of those users are registered outside the US. Try using a different method to list: if you are using the quick listing tool, try using the business or advanced tool; try another browser; try creating a new listing from scratch; try listing from the eBay app; try listing with or without using a template; try using "sell similar" and erasing all the previous fields.
Check your account to make sure your registered address is valid.

I am having NO LUCK since last night using the "List Similar" in that the photo section won't load. In that space on the listing page, it just says ERROR (no code). (I've even tried clearing cache/cookies, closing out and re-opening my browser.) I don't want to have to list from scratch or start a different browser program. I say Harumph!
