Anybody have problem loading photos?

Is it "just me" or is EBAY having another glitch?  I have not been able to load photos in new listings.

I had an issue this morning took me a few  tries but I finally was able to list

Thanks...its has been "off and on" for me. Guess I need to just "take a break" and try again later.

I have been having a problem this time with my well scanned images per the requirements looking like **bleep** when I load them.
