Hey All, Anybody else having this problem? I try to remind a customer to pay for product, eBay loads saying I cannot do that as I need to subscribe to selling manager (I have never unsubscribed to selling manager, and have always had selling manager so that is confusing), ...but I follow the eBay lead, click 'subscribe', then ebay tells me the server is down. Called eBay. Everybody is baffled. They see the same screen I am getting, but in the meantime, I am at a lost as to what to do, or how to politely send a friendly reminder to my buyer. I need my selling manager for my tax reporting. This is now four days and counting, no fix. cleared cache, using chrome browser. first time using free video software to capture my movements. hoping others may be able to help?? I feel like I am stuck in an ebay throw back time warp? help!! thank you!
Also, seller hub says I have 6 emails to answer (I don't, I answered them all awhile back - days ago. And my weekly sellers newsletter failed to post this past Sunday. Oi vey, a mess.
