I'm a new user so I didn't know about the 60 day rule.
Order a CD from China on Oct 27, I know China isn't always a reliable source but the seller's reviews were good. Estimated delivery was Nov 14 - Dec 28 - I got it on Dec 18 and it seemed like it was counterfeit. I needed a bit of time to check/gather evidence it was counterfeit (and was busy travelling for Christmas holidays) and on Dec 20 I asked for a return. After receiving no response I was going to leave a negative review. It seems like the CD listing has also been removed.
I did get the cost refunded by ebay, but is there any way to leave a negative review so that other buyers know that the seller isn't a reliable source for CDs?

There are no exceptions to the 60-day limit for leaving feedback.
