When i print shipping labels from my Brother printer the rectangular shape of the borders of the label come out crooked - see image.
I've changed the toner. I've changed the drum. I still get the same problem.
Besides buying a new printer, any ideas?

Perhaps it is the new, stylish look now in fashion? You know, keeping up-to-date with the latest from the influencers? It will probably go away in a few, ah, months.

Have you printed a test page and aligned the cartridges?

Is anything else printing crooked, or is it just labels?
Are you using actual sticky labels or are you printing on plain paper?
That looks like the pages are being fed at an angle.
If you are feeding them from a tray, look at the adjustable paper guides in the bottom of the tray to make sure that the pages are snug.
This is probably not your model, but the troubleshooting steps should be the same for all Brother laser printers

Either a roller is sticking or the drive mechanism is malfunctioning by not pulling the paper in evenly. A printer generally has 1 roller in the center that pulls the paper into the printer and then a set of rollers on the outside that pulls the paper evenly through. And then a single or set of rollers to pull and eject the paper. Either issue is a problem with the printer, not the cartridge. Generally, not worth repairing.

While you shop for another printer, I think these could still be used. The bar code should be readable.

Thanks for all the advice.
I still use my labels, they're just not perfectly square.
I'm going to use "ole betsy" until she can't print anymore.
Too cheap to spring for a new one as long as this one can still print.
Thanks again and have a great weekend!

Check the side paper guides to ensure that they're 8½" apart and not, say, 8¾" or more, which can allow a less-than-perfect roller grip to let the page skew sideways as it advances.
Similarly, clean as many of the paper rollers that you can reach, looking for any grease spots, etc. on the surfaces that draw the sheet off the stack and feed it through.
Finally, watch as much of the mechanism as you can see, to be sure that rollers are turning when they should, etc. Something may be gunked up and not moving as it should. I had an old HP deskjet that couldn't park its print heads properly until I sprayed a quick fog of WD-40 over the end gears of the carriage... problem solved.

This ma;y not help.. but...
I've had a few problems printing with my brother laser-jet.
..just now and then.
At those times, when printing the lable (or whatever page)
I changed the print settings from 100% to 93% .. or 89% etc.
Just for that one print job.
Many times it helped. I'm not sure why?
