Android app still not working with wifi

How long is it going to take for ebay to sort out the much highlighted issue with the Android app not working over wi-fi. This has been going on since the last update and should have been sorted out by now.

Questions about the various apps that are available, are best answered in the Discussion boards. There is a board for iOS (Apple) and another for Android.

These boards do have eBay associates who are monitoring the posts.

You can help them answer your questions by adding to your post,

1) the device,
2) the OS version your device is using, and
3) the version of the App you are having difficulty with.

The more info you can relay, the better they can help you.

Dredging up an old post here, but seems to be relevant. Just upgraded from Samsung a5 to moto g7 plus running Pie, ebay app won't work on my home WiFi, works fine on cellular. The old phone still works fine on either.
