Android app crashing

For the past 3 days the app crashes everytime I open it on my Samsung Galaxy.

I've updated and unistalled and reinstalled and still have the same problem.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app: 5.38.0.14

Try deleting your app's cache and data using your device's settings manager.

If you have not already done this, try uninstalling, restarting your device, and then installing from the google play store.
