All quoted searches return zero results

Any saved search that contains any quoted portions, which always worked correctly,  now returns 0 results even though there are results that satisfy it. If you remove the quotes, it works, though is not as selective as with the quotes, which was the aim of adding the quotes. This appears to have started some time on 10/28. Has anyone else noticed this? Thanks.

Yes, I'm seeing this same issue.  Searches were working fine last night and this morning queries with quoted text return zero results.

Can you give an example of a saved search that returns zero results with quoted keywords, that should return results? A link to the search or a list of keywords along with any filters used would be helpful.

I did not have any saved searches with quoted keywords, but I was able to create a new one and received the same non-zero number of results whether it was saved or not. I have bookmarked searches that use quoted keywords, and the ones I checked still return results, so there does not appear to be a problem using quoted keywords when searching.
