Alert 15114

Has anyone having problems with what they call a "bug". Alert 15114 is what they are calling it. Going on two weeks. Can list but no one can see items. Really. Called less than 6 times says been going on since Dec. Anyone know the story.

I have 2 seller sites, it is the other one. Didn't think I would be able to reach out on the other.  Called 2/22 evening same answer. "Working on it". Glad its not a major part of income. Had a problem last year it was a "bug" also. It was cutting portion of pics when downloaded. Less than 2 weeks to fix that one. I love it when you call and then they want you to fill out a feedback survey. 

Oh, just thinking I was told this has been around since Dec. AND they don't have a permanent fix. Right
