Advance Search with limit based on bids not working?

Attempting an Advanced Search with a key words plus a # of bid limit (say 1 or more) search returns nothing... which is not correct.

Try entering a maximum number of bids, such as 999. If you leave it blank, eBay will assume zero as the maximum, and a number more than one but less than zero returns no results.
