My item number: 293989219931, is a lovely porcelain doll. When checking on my items for sale 10 days ago I saw it had no picture and you had to have adult verification. It also does not come up in a search. I revised it and looked for anything that could have made this happen. Nothing. The next day I called Ebay. After 23 minutes she suggested I removed the name Florence, the artist. Again I revised the item. She said nothing changed on her end, so she transferred the call. The gentleman who answered was breaking up and he apologized and said he is working from home and then the phone disconnected. I called Ebay again. This time the Ebay support said they saw I revised the item and it takes 24 hours for it to correct itself. After 2 days adult verification still there. I called Ebay again. I spent 15 minutes with Ebay support. I did explain my frustration. They were very understanding and said they would pass on the problem to technical support, it would get solved and I did not have to stay on the line. Its been 5 days and still my pretty doll needs adult verification to see.
