Please add to the service request that not only are we unable to accept or counter offers, but also the "auto decline" feature is not working - at least not for me. I have all my Make Offer items (nearly everything) with an auto decline below a certain amount and offers are pouring in for low-ball prices due to this glitch. So please be sure the technicians are aware of that as well. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much. This glitch seems to very wide spread and affecting sales and communication with customers greatly. I hope the repair can be expedited. I noticed the problem at the same time as my Seller Hub overview started notifying me of listings that needed added item specifics soon to be required. It doesn't seem like there should be any connection between the two, but the timing was concurrent, just fyi. Thanks!
