Has anybody had a large downturn in sales for January and so far for sales this month? This is the largest decline we have seen in 20 years on ebay. We have had problems twice in the past 1 1/2 years, IT has fixed it both times and told us someone had tried to hack it. We were told someone in Korea had tried to hack it a couple of weeks ago on our first call. We have phoned ebay twice, requesting they email IT and ask if they could take a look at our account, so far no word from ebay and little or no sales unless prearranged. We understand how sales work, the ups and downs, and expected a drop off after Christmas, but we are growing concerned with not only lack of sales, but also lack of views. Is it our site or is everybody else having the same drop offs?
