Account settings page broken?

Nothing happens when I click any list item in the account settings page.

And "Contact Us" page doesn't help.

Try another to see if that makes any difference.

Account settings links are working for me in Firefox on my desktop.

I mainly use chrome on chrome os (arm) and brave on android smartphone, and they are not working.

Brave/chrome/firefox on Arch linux are not working, too.

But I found chrome/firefox on android works  in desktop mode or on ebay classic site.

And vivaldi on linux works, too.

Safari is giving me this issue. The Account Settings loads indefinitely on the desktop and mobile device.

This is an old thread, and the old comments may not apply to the new problem.

The current problem, starting around the end of June, involves account settings pages not working for users in central Europe.

According to eBay, users running into this issue should get in touch with eBay.

Since the Help & Contact links do not work if you are experiencing this problem, try contacting eBay via social media:

Or try contacting eBay via another country site such as ebay.co.uk or ebay.ie and request a chat with an agent.

Provide customer support your username and the following number which should allow eBay to identify the problem you are experiencing: ALERT13931.
