Account restricted

I changed my shipping address on my account  and ebay restricted my account and ask for a pic of my ID. I sent it in got an email that it was unrestricted but it never got unrestricted,  it's been 7 days now. I have made several calls with no help. Has this happened to anyone else? Tried corporate but they don't answer unless you have an ext. #. Any help would be appreciated

Don't phone. The phone reps work for a sub-contractor not for eBay and they have very limited authority.

Use social media which are covered by well-trained employees.
