I created my eBay account in 2012 with an address in Russia. However, I was not living in this country a long time ago. I just used to update the delivery items without knowing that I had this address on the main page.
Today, once I tried to add a new address, it showed me an error. I've contacted support, but those guys are unprofessional. They lied to me twice, first that I accessed from Russian IP, and second that my account was blocked and I could not place orders.
However, I used to buy items all 2022 without any errors, even yesterday😅😅😅.
I also offered to share my passport to prove that I'm not affiliated with Russia anymore. However, I didn't get a reply.
How can I change the registration address in my account?
