I had bought an item and paid for it upfront. The payment through PayPal was pending, so the seller thought I wasn’t paying for the item. They canceled my order. I immediately rebought the item and showed I had paid. I was supposed to be issued a refund for when it was cancelled. While looking on PayPal, I thought what was my refund coming through was actually the previous payment I had made going through. I accidentally accepted the cancelation order stating a received a refund, when this is not the case. The seller has been very rude to me and uncooperative. I have no refunds coming through to my account and it’s been a couple of days.
