Access Denied

Well the last 2 days been having this issue trying to go to www.ebay.com.  There has been this same issue over the last few years but never experienced it before.  Things were fine 2 days ago.........now, can't log on.  

Access Denied. You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/" on this server.

I've tried all the normal things possible.  

1. Contacted my ISP.  

2. Re booted the modem/router (on my end and they on their end).

3. Changed and reset internal settings.

4. Cleared the cache

5. Cleared refreshed my DNS settings

6. Used three (3) different browsers.

7. Used five (5) different computers and two (2) Iphones

So come on, it's NOT on my end.  

So curious to just WHAT is the fix?  Gotta be with ebay.

The problem may be related to your IP address.

That's the funny thing. There really is NO way to tell for sure.  None of the other threads on this issue ever have a sure fire FIX.  Try this, try that, call there.

I fired off some messages.  Even shut off my modem/router for 30 min, turned it back on and no change.  I guess will try with the "new" modem/router tomorrow that AT&T is sending me....but still pretty confident it's not on my end....but between AT&T and Ebay.

Well that didn't work. You would think AT&T knows (since they can access your account) and see what you have.....you would think they know what type of new (this one was reburbished) modem to send.   NOT!  They sent me a uverse modem that doesn't use the coaxial internet hookup....this one uses cat5 for data and the coaxial on the back is for TV.

FAIL on AT&T's part.......and I still can't access www.ebay.com or www.costco.com or www.kaiserpermanente.org.  All say ACCESS DENIED you are not authorized on this server, blah, blah.   I can reach most places thou.
