Access Denied error trying to Send a shipping label

When trying to "Accept a Return" and "Send a shipping label", I Receive this error:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/ProvideRMA" on this server.

This happened to me today!

I just change my bowser to Chrome!

Someone on here said it wouldn't work, but it worked perfectly!

My printer is faster to. Microsoft edge sucks by the way, always get error messages!
