Title is self explanatory, and I am going out on a limb to say that it probably happened when it updated. I only use the function to tweak descriptions and lately the listings I have done hasn't required the tool.

I love Firefox and I don't want to change.. .or I am old and don't want to change, take your pick. Anyone else having this issue? Did you do anything to help? I have done it all except change browsers.

I am having the same issue; I just used the AI generator a few days ago, and now it is not even an option. I cleared my cache and it didn’t help.

Good. AI descriptions are phony sounding and make a seller look lazy.

Thanks for your input on the matter but as a matter of opinion AI generates selling lingo that the average person does not. Sometimes a blue box, is a blue box but if you can use a thesaurus and a dictionary properly you can come up with something better to say. AI is nice to generate those thesaurus kind of things to help make a blue box be an "indigo" box per se or vice versa. Edited to add that it also helps a ton with putting your item specifics inside the description (if you use item specifics) so you don't have to type those over again. So, you get the benefit of the items specifics for search and then again in your description for the customer that we are urging to read the description.

I incorporate this lingo with my own descriptions (as it is intended), I can assure you I am far from lazy. When I need a complete personal touch, I can describe in detail to the hilt.
AI is here to stay. It's an infant now but someday it will be all grown up and I want to know how it works, AND teach it (because that's what you do when you work with it) before it has more control than I do.
