ACCEPTING COUNTER OFFERS FOR SELLERS IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

 I am a seller and have now accepted counter offers from two different buyers, however the notification that "I have received a counter offer" is still there for both items even though I accepted both. Even though I accepted both counter offers, neither one is showing up on my Sold page. Neither buyer has paid either, which is rare for my store. I'm wondering if the buyers are even seeing that I have accepted their offer since this whole thing seems to be messed up? Any other sellers having issues with accepting counter offers?

Hey @hockeywife83! When it comes to accepting counter offers as a seller, the buyer needs to pay for the item before it will show as sold. You can check the status by going into Seller Hub > Active Listings, click on the down arrow next to the edit button, and select review all offers.

Ok, but on my notifications page the items are still showing that there is still a counter offer and that I need to "respond now". There is not a counter offer and I do not need to respond because I already accepted it. Typically when I accept a counter offer the notification that there is a counter offer disappears.

I am having the same issue.  I had one counter offer that I accepted on 9/2/24. It never went cha ching, and it does not show up in my awaiting payment.   It does not show up that i need to counter offer them anymore, but in my messages, if I go into counter offers it says "awaiting payment" .  Ok, so I just chalked this one up as a fluke that the buyer just hadn't paid. 

Now. today I just has another instance.  I accepted another offer not just an hour ago.  It never went cha ching.  It is still showing that i have a counter offer.  If I click on "counter offer"again, It says I have no offers.  Then, If I go to my messages about this offer and I click on pending,  It shows that it is awaiting payment... but it does not show awaiting payment on my dashboard. 

Some technical issue is happening on the Ebay platform regarding this issue.
