5 days and still not working

I have had 2 online convos. with ebay in India and the transcripts saying they are trying to fix the problem. I keep having to sign in and then it dumps me again. I can't contact sellers, or my buyers whose orders are now overdue. Ebay promised me they would contact me when fixed. How can such a large org. find it so hard to fix the problem?

Try using another browser, or a private or incognito browser window. If that works, try manually erasing your eBay cookies in the original browser.

If your browser has Enhanced Tracking Protection, try disabling that. Or if you are blocking third party cookies, try disabling that blocking.
