Good afternoon eBay Communnity.
I am hoping someone here can help me.
For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to get 2 problems resolved that eBay acknowledges that they know is the issue yet has not fixed my store.
It first started back on Feb. 15th when customers were not able to complete purchases on eBay store. It would just continually say payment pending and they eventually cancel out.
This happened to many of my customers so I contacted eBay to see what the issue was on my account.
After many days of talking with over 15 CSRs at eBay they determined I was missing the verification banner on my payments page and once that was fixed I could upload documents to verify my account. Now keep in mind I am not new to eBay and have another store that I sell over $125k on annually so I know how eBays system works. On my 2nd store I opened in Dec. 2020 everything was working fine until Feb. 15th. when this problem began.
This brings me to my 2nd issue.
Through investigating my customers could no longer purchase items since Feb. 15th I discovered eBay had not paid me any payouts from as far back as Jan. 19th. So I am now on 41 days without them paying me.
I repeatedly call and get the same answer everyday, which is we have ticket in on it to be fixed, yet NO FIX no answers and in the meantime I have not been paid, nor can I make money on my store.
I the reason I started selling on eBay was to supplement the losses of my brick and mortar store that had been shutdown during covid-19. So this money is important to my family, my employees and how I pay the rent on my business.
It seems eBay does not care at all!
I now am in the process of talking with an attorney in San Francisco (ones that have beat eBay before in another known case) about what my options are as this is severally effecting my business.
Not the route I want to take but at this point I do not see an option to get paid.
I also wonder if I should just give up and cancel out my store even though it really was helpful financially when it was working.
I HOPE SOMEONE HAS SOME REAL ANSWERS TO HOW TO GET EBAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
