i want to go back to 2006 to find purchases i made  back than, and it only goes to 2016.  i used to be able to do it.  this assures i can reorder the same product

eBay purchase history only goes back 3 years and has for a long time.

Finding the transaction via your PayPal account is the only option, but there will be no order details or other eBay info you are looking for.

Keeping your own records (screenshots of listings and order details) is the only way to do this going forward.

Even PayPAl these days has made it difficult to see records past three years.

You can view transactions from "day one" in yout PP account by doing it this way:

1. Go to your PP account. Along the top bar click "Activity".
2. To the right, click "Statements"... from the the drop down click "Account Statements (PDF).
3. This brings up the default 3 year history... but there's a little link to the far right "Go to History". Click that.
4. Click the button next to the calendar and you change the years to view. I just did this for a period from 2002 to 2003.
I did use a computer, not a mobile device. Hope this helps!
