I have 2 FA for my account. When I logged via Google it said it sent me a txt with my 2FA code. It never came. I asked for a 2nd txt. It never came. Checked the mobile number used. It was correct.
I tried loggin in via security key. Pressed the button. I asked for security code PIN. Put in what I thought was my PIN. It didn't log me in.
Then I finally saw an option to send me a temporary code via e mail. That finally worked.
I tried the eBay customer support chat feature. The person didn't understand my issue and kept telling me to do things that had nothing to do with the actual problem.
There is a problem with the text messaging feature for 2FA. At least there's a problem with my account. Anyone have any idea what caused the login issue?
