There is now a glitch telling potential buyers that I do not ship to Minnesota, I do and only ship to the US. According to the lady I talked to this has been going on for 2 days which might explain why I have had no sales for the past 2 days. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @marmy29, I found the message the buyer sent you and have reviewed the listing in question. I've included a screenshot of the message that is appearing in the shipping section. It looks like the dimensions entered in the listing are to large for the shipping service selected. This may be a typo, so I suggest revising the listing and checking the dimensions. If they are correct then you will need to select a different service.
Also, just to clarify, there is not a known issue with shipping items to Minnesota. The information you received is not correct and I apologize for that.

What this a customer that called you? I put in a MN zip code on one of your listings and shipping calculated o.k. with no errors. Ebay doesn't allow specific states to be excluded.

The customer contacted me through email, I called ebay and the agent I talked to said it is a glitch that has occurred the last couple of days with other sellers. Not sure if it is a one item glitch, I have not had any sales the last 2 days so it is suspect.
